CoffeeChat brings colleagues together for regular "CoffeeChats" (18 minutes timeboxed). Once your community admin has invited you to a community and you have accepted the invitation by clicking the link, you will automatically receive an invitation to match at the beginning of the matching cycle.
At the beginning of the matching cycle (Mondays at 09:00 CET), you will receive your email to choose the CoffeeChat slot of the week. You choose the slot that suits you for your 18-minute CoffeeChat. You will then automatically receive an appointment blocker for your calendar.
Wednesdays at 13:00 CET, we always present your match for this week. 🎉
Thursdays or Fridays at your selected time, click the link in your CoffeeChat appointment blocker and join your CoffeeChat. Have fun!
Your community admin can set the frequency of matches: 1 time per week, every two weeks, or 1x per month. You will always be notified automatically by email when a new CoffeeChat round starts.
Please inform your CoffeeChat match if you have to cancel at short notice. Out of respect for your counterpart, you should not cancel a CoffeeChat before Wednesday 13:00.
Cancellations before Wednesday 13:00 can be made simply by clicking the cancel link in your CoffeeChat appointment blocker.
You can join multiple communities and choose a separate timeslot for each community.
