Every HyHyve Space is connected to an Organisation. An Organisation is a billing entity and can include several Spaces. An Organisation can be your company or your team (dependent on your company size).

To see all information about your Organisation (like participant minutes and assigned spaces), please visit https://app.hyhyve.com/ (and log in with your email address).

Access the right organization

Click on “Your Spaces” in the left side panel and select your organization:

Choose Orga.mov

<aside> 💡 If you’re not able to see your Organisation, please make sure that you’re logged in with the correct account: Sign in, log out and check your account

After selecting your Organisation, you get an overview of your current plan, your consumption, the assigned admins and all your the Spaces included in this Organisation:

Modify the Map

If you click on “Edit” below your space, you can change the map (please don’t do that if you have a custom map design, as you won’t be able to select your map design without our support team).

<aside> 💡 The Space URL is static. Changing the name or others settings doesn't influence a Space link, and you don't have to resend it to your users.

Space Access Aettings

If you scroll down to “Access settings”, you can choose if everybody can access the room by just clicking the link or if your guests have to enter their valid email and have to show that they are a natural person by entering the magic code which is sent to their email.
