HyHyve gives you full transparency into how your virtual spaces are being used.

In your Organization Settings, you can access two main analytics tools:

the Dashboard and the Participant Report.

1. The Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a quick, visual overview of what’s happening inside your spaces, from daily activity to user engagement trends.

You’ll find four key categories represented in the charts:

• Group
  • Displays the time spent in “bubbles,” our spontaneous group conversations. Perfect to see how interactive your event or office really is.
• Static
  • Tracks the minutes spent in fixed Meeting Rooms, structured sessions or planned discussions.
• Broadcast
  • Shows the total duration of all Broadcasts, such as keynotes, company meetings, or webinars.
• Space
  • Measures the overall time users spent inside your virtual space.

This metric helps you understand engagement levels but is not included in billing.

2. The Participant Report

The Participant Report provides detailed activity data for each user in your space.
