How to Update Billing and Invoice Information

- Access Your Organization Settings
- Navigate to your organization’s settings in HyHyve by clicking on “Your spaces and teams” in the left sidebar. If you manage multiple teams, please select the team you want to manage.
- The HyHyve backstage area is located here: https://app.hyhyve.com/
- Open the Billing Portal
- Once in the organization settings, look for the Billing Portal option on the right-hand side of the page. Click on it to proceed.
- Update Payment Method and Billing Address
- In the Billing Portal, you can change the payment method and billing address for all future invoices. Make sure to enter accurate and up-to-date information to ensure smooth payment processing and invoice receipt.
- Save Your Changes
- After making the necessary updates, don’t forget to save the changes. This will ensure that all future transactions and invoices reflect the new details.
